Honoring pain and grief as meaningful life experiences.

Sometimes we experience moments in life that deeply move us and leave a void: the loss of a loved one or pet, the end of a relationship, the transition to a new phase of life, or even letting go of a dream. These experiences often bring grief.

And every form of grief has its place, no matter what caused it.

This ceremony, passed down to us by the Possiouinge people, offers you a safe space to express your grief with respect, honor it, and draw new strength from it. Here, we do not judge whether grief is “big” or “small” – everything you feel matters and is welcome.

In our culture, we often lack rituals that help us process grief and share it with others. This circle is meant to create exactly that kind of space.

We honor pain and grief as meaningful life experiences. Together, we support one another, give space to everything that needs to be felt, and uncover the strength that lies within these moments. Step by step, we open ourselves to life again.

If you feel like you need such a space right now, let me know and i will organize a grieving circle.

Please bring a fresh flower and a small, empty bottle with you.
